A Geneva woman was arrested Saturday on a trespass charge.
Employees from asset protection at the Walmart in Geneva were attempting to formally trespass Adrienne Hunt from the property but were unsuccessful as she was not cooperative. The 64-year-old Hunt was formally trespassed by Deputies on scene and escorted to the parking lot.
With Deputies still on scene, Hunt allegedly returned inside the store and was subsequently arrested for trespassing.
Hunt was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Geneva Town Court at a later date
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
