The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 43-year-old Steuben County man following the investigation into a complaint on Duran Road in the town of Orange.
43-year-old Patrick Brown, of Addison, was charged with criminal contempt and criminal possession of a weapon.
Brown was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in Orange Town Court at a later date.
