Accident Leads to Penn Yan Driver’s Arrest

A Penn Yan woman was arrested following a motor vehicle accident on Skyline Drive in the town of Jerusalem.

Upon further investigation by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, the driver, 35-year-old Chelsea Osborne, was placed through a series of field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI drugs, failure to keep right, and speeding.

Osborne was arraigned in CAP Court.
