A Town of Cicero man was charged with driving while intoxicated following the investigation of a property damage accident in Wayne County.
It is alleged that 29-year-old Mark Loveless drove off the road and was involved in a collision on High Street in the town of Rose, which resulted in a civilian complaint about his operation. Loveless was administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests by sheriff’s deputies, which he reportedly failed. Loveless later submitted to a Chemical Breath Test revealed his Blood Alcohol Content to be 0.18%
Loveless was released on appearance tickets for Town of Rose Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
