A Dundee man was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office following a property damage accident in the town of Tyrone.
The accident on County Road 23 last Thursday resulted in Kenneth Schorpp being charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a BAC above .08% and undisclosed vehicle and traffic violations.
Schropp will appear in Tyrone Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
