82-Year-Old Man Accused of Trespassing at Eastview Mall

An 82-year-old Monroe County man was arrested Friday night at the Eastview Mall food court.

Demetrios Votsis, of Pittsford, was charged with trespass after previously being banned from the Eastview Mall.

Votsis was brought to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office substation, where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
