A Newark man faces charges in Onondaga County following the investigation into a car crash that happened last Fall in Syracuse.
After being involved in a one-car accident on November 12th on Grant Boulevard, Braxton Bostic is accused of fleeing the scene. The 28-year-old was charged with felony possession of a forged instrument for allegedly having multiple fraudulent checks in his possession. He was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle as well as reckless driving.
Bostic will answer these charges as well as a half-dozen traffic offenses in court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
