A traffic stop in the town of Sodus over the weekend led to the arrest of an 18-year-old Ontario man.
The charges against Noah Gumble stem from a traffic stop after deputies spotted him driving a car with a pair of headphones on. Upon further investigation, deputies observed an empty open container of an alcoholic beverage in the car’s center console. Standardized Field Sobriety tests were conducted and Gumble was placed under arrest after failing.
Gumble was charged with Driving While Intoxicated Common Law, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with BAC higher than .18%, open container of alcohol and driving with more than one earphone in.
Gumble was taken to Wayne County Jail for processing before being released on an appearance ticket.
