An incident that happened at the Newark High Rise parking lot on March 20th resulted in the arrest of a Newark 18-year-old on Sunday.
It is alleged that Ian Axtell broke into an unoccupied car by shattering the passenger side window and stealing property.
Axtell was charged with criminal mischief and petit larceny and was set to Wayne County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court.
