A Steuben County woman has been charged with felony assault for an incident that happened one month ago.
50-year-old Dorothy Clifton is accused of striking another person with a blunt instrument back on September 3rd. The victim suffered an injury and was treated at a local hospital.
The Addison resident was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon and was released on an appearance ticket.
