Penn Yan Police arrested a Dundee man following a traffic stop on Saturday.
Police say they found 54-year-old Kevin Lurcock to be driving under a suspended driver’s license for pending submission to the out-of-state court.
Lurcock was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
