A Manchester man was sent to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester following a one-car accident on Dewey Road in the town of Manchester.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Matthew Chase suffered undisclosed injuries.
Chase was later charged with driving while intoxicated and issued an appearance ticket for Manchester Town Court.
