A Rochester man faces drug charges in Ontario County after a traffic stop Saturday night.
51-year-old Orlando Serra was pulled over after the car he was driving was identified as being driven by someone who was involved in a larceny. A check of Serra’s license revealed it had been suspended multiple times. He was also allegedly found to be in possession of two different kinds of controlled substances during a vehicle search.
Serra was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was released on appearance tickets for Victor Town Court.
