Branchport Woman Arrested on Harassment, Criminal Mischief Charges

A Branchport woman has been arrested on charges of harassment, criminal mischief, and endangering the welfare of a child following the investigation into a physical domestic dispute that happened early Thursday morning.

29-year-old Gabrielle Daggett is accused of causing damage to the victim’s car and threatening the victim all in the presence of a child.

Daggett was brought to Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
