A joint investigation between the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Social Services resulted in the arrest of a 49-year-old East Rochester woman.
The charges against Tina Ayala stem from an investigation into a fraud complaint where it is alleged she used another person’s EBT card for her personal use. As a result, Ayala fraudulently received a total of $206.00 in benefits she was not entitled to.
Ayala was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Lyons Town Court.
