Penn Yan Police arrested a village resident following a domestic violence complaint.
It is alleged that Gregory Heimberger damaged another person’s property and subjected them to unwanted physical contact during an altercation.
Heimberger was charged with criminal mischief and harassment and was sent to Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment for the purpose of obtaining an Order of Protection.
