A Penn Yan man was arrested Thursday for public urination.
55-year-old Alfred Thompkins was charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly urinated in a public area in view of the complainant on Tuesday.
Thompkins was issued an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
