A Rochester woman has been arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on warrants.
Mone Wiggins allegedly had three warrants for failure to appear on the original charges of three counts of criminal impersonation and two counts of petit larceny.
Wiggins was brought to Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
