A 22-year-old Penn Yan woman was ticketed by Penn Yan Police after a traffic stop Tuesday afternoon in the village.
Brenda Haldeman was observed driving on Liberty Street, while allegedly having a suspended New York State registration. A traffic stop was initiated and she was cited for the offense.
Haldeman was issued an appearance ticket in Penn Yan Village Court.
