A 12-year-old from Waterloo has been arrested for allegedly displaying a knife during a verbal altercation in Seneca County.
The Sheriff’s Office reports the alleged incident caused fear for the victim. The unidentified suspect was charged with menacing.
The case will be handled by Seneca County Probation with the suspect and their parents ordered to appear at a later date.
