Another person has been arrested in connection with the kidnapping and murder of an Ithaca man.
State Police arrested 39-year-old Kysha Radcliff of Dryden on a charge of felony kidnapping. Radcliff is the 11th person to have been arrested in the case of Thomas Rath. Rath was last seen in the homeless encampment known as “The Jungle” on May 20th. He was initially reported missing but police say their investigation led them to believe Rath was kidnapped.
At a press conference on Monday, State Police said two of the suspects have been charged with Rath’s murder while the others face charges of kidnapping. One of the murder suspects is currently incarcerated in Maine.
Investigators say Rath was familiar with some of the kidnappers.
The investigation is ongoing.
