Willow Wave Brink, Geneva/Dundee: Willow Wave Brink, age 88, of The Living Center South, formerly of Dundee, NY, died Wednesday, December 4, 2013, surrounded by her loving family, at Keuka Comfort Care Home, in Penn Yan, NY.

Honoring her wishes, there are no prior calling hours. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday (Dec. 12) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee, with Lay Pastor Lew Ann Giles officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dundee Fire Company Emergency Squad, 12 Union St., Dundee, NY 14837.

Willow was born February 11, 1925, in Crystal Valley, NY, the daughter of the late Guy and Mildred Mary Lane SeChrist. She graduated from Dundee Central School in 1942. On June 12, 1943, in Dundee, she married the late Delbert B. Brink; he passed away on December 24, 1993. A lifelong local resident, Mrs. Brink was a member of the Dundee United Methodist Church and loved to read and spend time with her great-grandchildren that she adored and deeply loved.

She is survived by two sons, Delbert Ronald Brink of Rock Stream, Jan (Irene) Brink of Himrod, NY; five grandchildren, Kelly (Roy) Howell of Dundee, Douglas (Kristin) Brink of Glastonbury, CT, Christopher (Christy) Brink of Dundee, Janine Brink of Himrod, Garrett Brink of Starkey, NY; five great-grandchildren, Alex Brink, Meghan Brink, Connor Brink, Allie Howell, and Gavin Brink; two brothers, Clifford SeChrist of Hammondsport, Edward (Donna Lynn) Bassett of Corning, and his children Eddy and Bridget; a sister, Grace SeChrist of Dundee and her son Michael SeChrist of Colorado; aunt Betty Temple of Florida, cousin Gerry Temple of Victor, NY; a niece, Becky Zachman of Dundee; and many dear friends.

She was predeceased by a sister, Alice Timmerman, in 1999, and a daughter-in-law, Pamella J. Brink, in 2008.
