Rushville, NY/Ephrata, PA - Rosene S. Weaver, age 34 years, 7 months and 7 days, passed away on July 4, 2026.

Family, friends and neighbors may call on Thursday, July 9, 2026 from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. at the family home, 198 Fitch Rd., Rushville, NY 14544. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 10, at 9:30 a.m. at the Rushville Mennonite Church, Walters Rd., Rushville, NY.

Rosene was born on November 27, 1991, a daughter of Elvin and Ellen W. Weaver. She attended Martindale Mennonite Church.

Rosene is survived by her parents, Elvin and Ellen Weaver; siblings, Norma S. Weaver, Irvin S. Weaver, John David (Christina Joy) Weaver, Timothy S. (Sandra M.) Weaver, Lamar S. (Cheyenne L.) Weaver, Nelson S. Weaver, Rachel S. Weaver, Jason S. Weaver and Regina Louise Weaver; paternal grandfather, David S. Weaver; maternal grandmother, Martha Z. Weaver Shirk; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Rosene was predeceased by her paternal grandmother, Anna R. Martin, and maternal grandfather, Joseph Z. Shirk.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Perkins-Ames Funeral Home of Gorham, NY.
