Richard R. Rainone

Richard R. Rainone, 65, of Auburn passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. He was a lifelong resident of Auburn, the son of the late Anthony and Jean (Sigona) Rainone. Rick was a member of the Calvary Church.

Rick worked at both Frazier Industrial and McQuay International for several years. Rick loved his music and especially rocked to the group Rush. He was a highly skilled bass player, performing in numerous bands in the area. Ricky was an avid Minnesota Vikings football fan and often frequented the Calimeri Post. Rick enjoyed cooking and taking in the beautiful nature that often surrounded him.

He is survived by two children: son Richard R. Rainone Jr. and daughter Audrey (Cody) Phair; two grandchildren, Madison and Carter Phair; former wife of 22 years, Kathy (Ryan) Rainone; a sister; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by three brothers: Ronald Augusta, Robert Tretsky, and Anthony Rainone Jr.
