Paul Royce Cedar II, 92, of Dryden, New York, passed away on July 21, 2026.

Paul was born on December 9, 1933, in Sperry, Oklahoma, to Paul Royce Cedar and Joan Elizabeth Cedar. He was a hardworking man whose dedication and skill earned him a respected career as a master pipe welder. For more than 40 years, Paul proudly worked as a union pipe welder out of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Syracuse, New York, and many places all over the world. He took great pride in his trade and was known for his strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence.

On October 5, 1985, Paul married his loving wife, Trudy Ann. Together they built a life centered on love, faith, and family. Their years together were filled with cherished memories, unwavering devotion, and the joy of watching their family grow.

Paul will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, proud grandfather, and great-grandfather. He found his greatest happiness in spending time with his family and treasured every opportunity to be surrounded by those he loved. His quiet strength, wisdom, and generous heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Trudy Cedar; his children, Paul Cedar (Terry), Jack Cedar (Sandy), Julie Gilmore (Kenneth), Shana Martin (Mike), Kristen MacKay, Amy Creighton (George), and Matthew Cedar; along with a host of beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish his memory.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Stumpff Skiatook Cremation & Funeral Home, with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Osage Gardens Cemetery in Skiatook, Oklahoma.

Paul's legacy of hard work, devotion to his family, and unwavering love for those around him will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Paul's memory to Grace Hospice, Tulsa, Oklahoma, in appreciation for the compassionate care and support they provided to him and his family.
