Christine M. Posecznick, 56, of Marcellus, passed away Thursday afternoon on March 26, 2026, after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Christine was a graduate of Marcellus High School and SUNY Fredonia. She was employed by the Reagan Companies and attended Missio Church.

Christine had a loving heart and sought to care for her family well as she followed the Lord. She will be missed greatly by her family and friends.

Surviving are her two sons, Benjamin (Mary Beth) Posecznick and Daniel (Ann) Posecznick; grandson Anderson; her parents, Charles and Sherry Ventura; and her brother, Michael Ventura. Christine was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Posecznick.

Calling hours will be Thursday, April 2nd from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, immediately followed by the Funeral Service, both held at Missio Church, 620 West Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13204. The burial will be private.
