Michael R. Coston, Jr., 84, of Canandaigua, NY, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at FF Thompson Hospital.

He was born in Canandaigua, NY, on July 20, 1941, the son of the late Michael J. Coston, Sr. and Nellie Mae (Fisher) Coston. On July 27, 1996, he married his wife Cora in Hopewell, NY.

Michael was a truck driver for over 57 years. He enjoyed Country Western music, 18 wheelers, motorcycles, and traveling.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Cora; daughter, Tiffany Jones; sons, Wes Granger and Jacob Ferrell; stepdaughters, Linda Granger and Vicki Granger; sisters, Bonnie Coston and Sharon Coston; six grandchildren, Bryan Granger, Owen Ferrell, Mason Ferrell, Isabell Ferrell, Evan Heartwell, and Ben Heartwell.
