Melva L. Minier
Melva Minier, 76, passed away peacefully early Friday morning, June 26, 2026, with her family by her side.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Red Creek Methodist Church, 6827 Church St., Red Creek. A service will follow at the church.
Melva was born on August 8, 1949, in Fulton, NY, the daughter of the late Paul J. and Frances (Temple) Garrett. She was a graduate of Phoenix Central School. Melva dedicated many years to supporting students as a teacher’s aide with the North Rose–Wolcott School District.
She is survived by her son, Robert (Tonya Brown) Minier; her sisters, Paula Eastman and Gladie Roake; her brother, Don (Peggy) Garrett; her grandchildren, Cassidy (Zack) Fisher and Jacob (Lannon) Minier; and her great-grandchildren, Natalie and Rose Fisher.
