Martha Robinson
Savannah: Age 97, passed away on Monday, June 7, 2010, at the Wayne County Nursing Home in Lyons. A lifelong Savannah resident, Martha was the daughter of the late Ned and Clara Olmstead. She had retired in 1976 from the Savannah High School, where she was secretary to the school principal.
Martha is survived by sons Bernard (Janet) DeCook of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and John Jack Robinson of Savannah; grandchildren Mindy of Clyde, Jeff of Hollywood, FL, and Renee (James) Harrington of Springfield, TN; great-grandchildren Caitlin, Amanda, Laura, Caiden, and Quinn. Martha was predeceased by husbands Bernard J. DeCook and Albert Joe Robinson.
Visitation will not be observed. A graveside service will be held at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL, at the convenience of Martha's family. Memorials may be directed to the Wayne County Nursing Home, Activity Fund, in her memory.
