Marie R. Kelly (Judd), 80, of Bath, NY, passed away peacefully on May 15th, 2026. Her warm smile, bright eyes, gift of conversation, and big heart made her a dear friend to all those she loved and cared for.

Born on 7/7/1945 in Bath, NY, she was the child of Ruth (Bush) Dyer and Willard Harndon. She enjoyed arts and crafts, working in her garden, and every family gathering. She loved her dogs and animals and was always up for chocolate and a good movie.

She is survived by her life partner Frank Judd, her sons, David, Matthew, Christopher, Merle, Beau, and Adam, multiple grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her mother Ruth, her sister Marion, and beloved father-in-law Merle, who welcomed her to heaven.

Calling hours and a viewing will be held at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath on Wednesday, May 20th, from 1:00-3:00 and 5:00-7:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 12:00 at the Nondaga Cemetery, Bath, NY.
