Larry Kessel

Lawrence "Larry" Kesel, 86, passed into the Lord's arms with his family by his side on May 2, 2026, after a brief illness. Larry was a long-time resident of Seneca Falls.

He worked at Gould Pumps. After leaving there, he started a business, LJ Creation and Restoration. He worked on many homes in the historical district. Larry was best known for his extended community service with the Tyre Town Planning Board. When he officially retired, his greatest joy was spending time with his family.

He is predeceased by his wife, Judy.

Larry is survived by daughter Laurie (Nate) Shumway, Bob (Lesley) Kesel, several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Funeral mass will be at St. Stephen Catholic Church, Geneva, NY, on Friday, June 5, at 10 AM.
