Canandaigua - Kenneth W. Covey, Jr., age 74, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026.

Ken was born on March 4, 1952. He grew up in Webster and was a graduate of R.L. Thomas High School. Ken was employed for many years as a lens maker for Bausch and Lomb in Rochester. He loved camping, fishing, and family get-togethers.

Ken is survived by his wife, Margie Covey; daughters, Kathleen (Pamela) Covey, Melissa (Brian) Ocke, and Kristina Covey; grandchildren, Gavin, Corbin, Jaden, Olivia, Sadie, Nik, Faith, and Jacob; two step-children, Heather Coakley and Joseph Coakley, as well as his dog, Macie.

Ken was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth W. Covey Sr. and Kathleen Orlando Covey.
