Kay was born on April 14, 1941, in Webster, the daughter of the late Charles and Ruth (Wager) Mullin. She was a 1959 graduate of Marion Central School. She was a caretaker of handicapped patients for several years of her life and retired from Parker Hannifin in Lyons, NY.

Kay enjoyed browsing her social media, sitting on the swing, watching The View, or visiting with friends and family. All in all, her grand and great-grandchildren were her biggest blessing, especially her little “George.”
