Daniel Raymond Stewart

Lyons, NY September 11, 1985 – May 14, 2026 Age 40

Daniel Raymond Stewart, 40, went home to be with our Lord on May 14, 2026, after a long battle with mental illness.

Daniel was born in Santa Maria, California, on September 11, 1985, to Charles Ray and Pamela Stewart. He is survived by his dad, Charles Stewart; his brothers, Sean Stewart and Jason Stewart (Amanda); his sisters, Cassandra Stewart and Beverly Prince (Joel); his grandmother, Barbara Diaz; his uncles, Ryan Brant and Ray Brant (Jody); and his aunts, Camela Bloomer (Frank) and Sheryl Edwards (Dave). He was preceded in death by his mother, Pamela; his aunt, Kim; and his grandparents, Dixie "Pauline" and Raymond Brant, and his Grandpa Van Diaz.

Daniel was a brilliant, courageous, resilient man who had a difficult life but never gave up. He was an avid Bills fan and loved studying the law. He loved his family dearly and was loved dearly.

Our Lord tells us in Romans 8:18, "For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us." And in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." You are now at rest, Dan. We love you.
