Clayton C. Harvey, 78, of Conquest, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026, in the comfort of his own home.

Clayton was born on July 8, 1947, to the late Thomas and Marion Mills Harvey and had been a resident of the Port Byron area for most of his life. For many years, he was employed with Jordan Wire. In Clayton's free time, you could find him tinkering and working on old cars, or in the outdoors hunting or fishing for trout. A self-proclaimed "stubborn old man", he was a fan of driving only a Ford vehicle.

Clayton is survived by his siblings, John Harvey and Roberta Snyder; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his siblings Carol Russell, Lila Derby, Elizabeth Harvey, Rita Harvey, and Alice Harvey.
