Carol S. Perry

GENEVA – Carol S. Perry, age 83, of Glendale, AZ, formerly of Geneva, passed away on June 4, 2026, in Glendale, AZ, with her family by her side.

Friends may call at the DeVaney-Bennett Funeral Home, 181 N. Main St., Geneva, NY, on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Friday, July 31, 2026, in St. Stephen’s Church, 48 Pulteney St., Geneva, NY. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Carol was born in Fulton, NY. She was the daughter of the late John R. Sullivan and Hilda M. Brennan Taney. Carol lived in Geneva and worked for the VA in Geneva with Tom Carone for many years, then moved to Glendale, AZ, where she worked for Good Samaritan Hospital in workers' comp before retirement. She loved to travel and spend time with her family, especially her only grandson, Jonathan Sullivan Yazzie. As he went to school, she would take him to his baseball and football games, doing everything with him. She was a loving, caring mom and grandmother to her family.

She is survived by her son, Louis J. Perry of AZ; her daughter, Lisa J. Perry of AZ; her grandson, Jonathan S. Yazzie; her sister, Ann S. Rago of Geneva; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents, as well as her sister, Jeanne T. Fratto, and her nephews, William Rago and Steve Sabatini, Jr.
