Rodney F. Tiller, 75, passed away, November 11, 2023 at Rochester General Hospital with his family by his side.

Friends and family are invited to call Friday, November 17, 2023 at the Mull Funeral Home, 113 N. Virginia St., Waterloo, from 5 p.m.to 7 p.m. A graveside service with full military honors will be held Saturday, (November 18), at 11 a.m. Maple Grove Cemetery, Stark St., Waterloo followed by a celebration of life to be held at the Waterloo VFW Post 6433, 29 W. Elisha St., Waterloo.

The family requested memorial contributions be directed to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.

Rodney was born in Geneva on July 20, 1948, the son of the late Howard F. and Alice (Youngs) Tiller. He attended Waterloo High School and after serving in the Army from 1966-1968, he worked at the Seneca Army Depot, Romulus as a guard until his retirement. Rodney enjoyed using his scroll saw to make beautiful and intricate gifts. He was a member of both the VFW and American Legion in Waterloo.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Dressing) Tiller whom he married in 1968; his daughters, Renee (Harry) Snyder and Susan (Ken) Sharrer; a son Howard Tiller; five sisters and four brothers; his grandchildren, Chelsea McConnon and Cody Jones; three great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
