Michael was born on April 1, 1947, in Lyons, N.Y., to the late Michael Joseph and Ruth Mary (Carr) Cimineri. On June 30, 1972, he married Darlene Flesher. Michael was self-employed and retired as a plumber. He served in the United States Army in the 82nd 101 Airborne. He is survived by his wife, Darlene Cimineri of Fort Wayne, Ind.; daughter, Jill Buskirk of Fort Wayne; son, Jason (Melissa) Cimineri of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; sister, Becky Chiappetta of Geneva, N.Y.; and four grandchildren, Caroline Buskirk, Seth Cimineri, Kaitlyn Cimineri and Conner Gartner. Per the family request, there will be no services. If you would like to give a memorial in Michael's memory, please give to Wounded Warriors; it can be mailed to the funeral home. Arrangements were handled by Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home.
