Laura Jane Olsen, age 67, passed away in her home on Sunday, February 8, 2026.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, February 12 from 1p.m. - 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the Perkins-Ames Funeral Home in Gorham. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 13 at 11 a.m. at St. Bridget's Church, 15 Church St., Bloomfield, N.Y. 14469.

Laura was born on July 20, 1958, a daughter of the late Hugh, Sr. and Betty (Howes) Rayburn. She was a graduate of Bloomfield Central School. Laura spent many years working as a Dental Assistant, she was a CNA and a homecare aide. Laura was a compassionate person, always taking care of others; she spent many years volunteering as an EMT with Middlesex Ambulance. She enjoyed fishing, camping, being outdoors and loved to garden. Laura was an excellent baker. She loved animals especially her dogs.
Above all else, Laura was a mom. She loved her children with all her heart and lived to take care of them.
Laura is survived by her husband of 48 years, Walter Olsen; daughters, Brandi (Alan) McNiff, Staci Olsen and Kristi (Nicholas) Morabito; grandchildren, Liam McNiff and Zoey and Evelyn Morabito; grandpup, Hadley; siblings, Hugh (Pamela) Rayburn, Jr., Deborah (Jeffrey) Stonewell, David (Wendy) Rayburn and Kathleen (late Gary) Hudson; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Laura was predeceased by her parents; and brother, Thomas Rayburn.
