Frank was born August 16, 1948 in Clifton Springs, the son of the late Frank and Mary (Eleanor) Lapresi. Frank (Frankie) was born prematurely which caused lifelong challenges for him. Despite his disabilities, he was a high school graduate, got his driver's license (after 15 attempts), and retired after working 27 years as a mail deliverer at the Canandaigua VA Hospital, earning many commendations of which he was very proud. He lived his entire life in Clifton Springs, and was known, cared for and deeply loved by innumerable people. Frank could be seen daily interacting with the downtown merchants and socializing with everyone he met. He was always friendly and engaging, leaving many people with fond memories. Frank was a content man, a mark of a life well lived. To those who knew him, he is an indelible part of the story of Clifton Springs.
Frank is survived by his brother Dominic (Mickey); sister-in-law Dorothyann; nephews Gus and Luke; and several cousins.
