Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday (September 19) at Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller St. in Newark. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday (September 20) at St. Michael Church, 401 S. Main St. Newark, N.Y. Burial will follow in East Newark Cemetery.

Edwin was born in Newark, on March 26, 1974 the son of Eugenio and Bernarda Oquendo Rodriguez. He was a graduate of Newark Senior High School. He was proud of his Puerto Rican heritage. He Loved fishing. Edwin was a staunch Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He enjoyed his career as a truck driver.
He is survived by his loving children Akron Lee Rodriguez, Ciara and Anthony; his mother Bernarda Rodriguez; his brother Gerard Williams; his girl Shannon Deppen; her parents; his best friend Gregg Wolf; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
