Diane May Prosser Sinack, 78, passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at DeMay Living Center.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, (September 12) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark. A funeral service will be at St. Francis Cemetery in Phelps following the calling hours.
Diane was born in Geneva, N.Y., on July 13, 1946, the daughter of the late Glenn and Marjorie Christopher Prosser. She was a graduate of Bryant and Stratton. She had owned an antique store in Biloxi, Miss. For many years, Diane was a substance counselor. She retired from Wayne ARC as a Direct Care Assistant. She loved painting especially water colors. She was featured in several local art shows.
Diane is survived by two sons Jason (Angelina) Deal and Christopher (Debbie) Deal; five grandchildren: Matthew, Drew, Jackson, Seeley and Lincoln Deal; a great grandson: Jericho Scarborough; two sisters Linda (Tom) Felice and Susan Johnson; a brother Glenn (Linda) Prosser.
She was predeceased by her husband James Sinack in 2010.
