Charles H. Hayes, 85, of Rome, N.Y., passed after a brief illness on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
A graveside service, with full military honors, will be held on Friday, February 20 at 1:00 p.m. in NYS Veterans Cemetery – Finger Lakes, 6632 NY-96A, Romulus, N.Y. 14541.
