A Waterloo School bus, with four students and the driver aboard, was involved in an accident this morning on Route 318. In a recorded call to parents, school officials said there were no injuries.
No other details have been released.
Last Friday, Waterloo School Superintendent Terri Bavis sent a letter to parents telling them that because of a bus driver shortage, the school district could soon return to remote instruction for middle and high school students.
If students return to using computers and learning from home, elementary students would still attend class in person, but bus schedules would have to change to make sure all of the children can get to school.
