One Waterloo man is facing a felony charge after a domestic incident last month.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the December 30th arrest of 26-year old Antonio Caesar Herbert. He is alleged to have kicked a victim and damaged the victim’s property during a domestic incident.
Herbert was charged with a felony count of criminal mischief and one count of harassment.
He was taken to jail to await pre-arraignment.
