Keuka College sophomore attacker Lainie Forde has been named the Empire 8 Women’s Lacrosse Co-Player of the Week, sharing the honor with St. John Fisher’s Ellie Leisen.
Forde opened her sophomore campaign with a strong performance during the first week of the 2026 season, leading the Wolves with a career-high eight goals in Keuka College’s season-opening victory at Hilbert College.
She followed that performance with two more goals on Saturday in the Green and Gold’s loss to Allegheny College.
Through two games this season, Forde has already scored 10 goals—more than half of the 18 goals she recorded during her freshman season.
