Assemblyman Phil Palmesano is reminding the community about the Military and Veterans appreciation event at Watkins Glen International in conjunction with Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen on Sunday. The event will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Lot 5 parking area. All military personnel and veterans will be admitted into the facility free of charge, one guest will also be allowed into the facility. Military personnel will need to show their Military ID to receive their free admission. Veterans can show their DD214 or their discharge papers. This offer is for tickets to the race on Sunday only.
