The Keuka College Women’s Golf team placed third on Tuesday in their home fall invitational at Lakeside Country Club.
The Wolves combined to shoot a 426 to finish in third place. Keuka College finished 58 strokes ahead of William Smith College but slotted behind Nazareth University and SUNY Geneseo in the standings.
First-year Olivia Hatch (Elmira, N.Y. / Horseheads) continued to pace the Green and Gold. Hatch got her second consecutive top-ten finish with a 96 on Tuesday. Kendall Shepherd (Bunker Hill, W. Va. / Musselman) finished in a tie for 14th with a season-low score of 99.
Lillian Taylor (Kendall, N.Y. / Kendall) finished third on the team for the Wolves. Taylor shot a 113 on Tuesday to post a new career low.
Up Next for Keuka College: The Wolves remain at home on Sunday as they host Fall Invitational Champions Nazareth University at Lakeside Country Club in a match-play event. The Wolves tied the Golden Flyers 2.5-2.5 in match play last spring.
