Keuka College senior pitcher Keegan Ferris (Elbridge, N.Y. / Jordan Elbridge) earned his second Empire 8 Conference Baseball Pitcher of the Week honor on Monday.
Ferris threw a complete game, allowing just six hits and one run, as Keuka College defeated St. John Fisher University on Friday. He stuck out three in the win for the Wolves.
On the season, Ferris has a 2-1 record for the Green and Gold. He has thrown a complete game in both of his wins, tying for the conference lead. He is tied for the team lead with 24.1 innings pitched and leads the team in strikeouts. Opponents are hitting a team-low .225 off of Ferris.
