Keuka College sophomore Hailey Jasinski (Buffalo, N.Y. / North Collins) earned her second All-Empire 8 selection in as many seasons as the Empire 8 Conference announced its annual awards on Monday.

Jasinksi was named Third Team All-Conference this year as an at-large pick, playing primarily second base. She adds the honor to her Second Team selection in 2024.

Jasinski’s offensive numbers were nearly identical to those from her first season. She logged 41 hits in both seasons with 11 doubles, three triples, and a home run. In 2025, she drove in 19 runs and scored 21 herself. Jasinski’s .432 batting average ranks as seventh seventh-best in a season in program history. She also finished the season with the second-best on-base percentage at .518 and the tenth-best slugging percentage at .642. Defensively, Jasinski increased her fielding percentage by 100 points in her second season.

After two standout seasons, Hailey Jasinski is already ranking among the top hitters in Keuka College history. Her .410 career batting average currently sits third in the record books. Her .492 career on-base percentage is a current school record, and she sits at second with a career slugging percentage of .610. With 82 hits through two seasons, Jasinski is on pace to break the career hits record of 160 set by Sarah Fredricks ’11.

Also honored on Monday was senior catcher Makenna DeMoney (Conklin, N.Y. / Susquehanna Valley). DeMoney was Keuka College’s selection for the Empire 8 Sportswoman of the Year team. She played in 30 games for the Wolves, making 29 starts. DeMoney finished her three-year career for Keuka College with 81 hits, including 18 doubles, five triples, and four home runs. She scored 37 runs for the Wolves and drove in 62.

DeMoney was one of 12 from the conference honored. From the conference’s release, “The Empire 8 Conference emphasizes that ‘Competing with Honor and Integrity’ is an essential component of a student-athlete’s experience in conjunction with an institution’s educational mission. These honorees have distinguished themselves and consistently exhibit the critical traits as outstanding sportswomen.”
